Joe founded Paradise Realty of Southwest Florida in 2005, where he and his father, Jim, have extensive knowledge of the Real Estate market in Southwest Florida.  Joe started his Real Estate career in 1999 and was named “Rookie of the Year”.  Throughout his career, Joe has been named “Top-Selling Agent” on several occasions, achieved a level of production of $8 million plus.  In 2002 he maintained a level of production in excess of $16 million.  Joe attained his Broker’s License in 2003 and in 2004 He became a 2 member sales team with his father to rank in the top10 for the state of Florida.  He is now the owner of Paradise Realty of Southwest Florida where he is an expertise in all facets of the Real Estate business.  Whether you are buying or selling a home, he is dedicated to providing you with the professional services necessary to assist you with your real estate needs.
